We at Great Harvest believe in providing customers with great tasting products. Not only
do our GF (Gluten Free) products taste better than the GF average baked goods, we are
using many whole grain flours. We are using whole grain brown rice flour, buckwheat
flour and flax meal. We are using other flours as well.
All of our products are made from scratch – no mixes or frozen dough. We are currently
offering at least four GF breads each week and we are trying new recipes as well.
We appreciate your feedback and patience as we work to improve and expand our GF offerings.
Our current GF bake day is Tuesday. Most items are available by 1:00 p.m. As demand
continues to grow we will be expanding available days and earlier availability for our bread
We are also making some of our GF breads and sweets Dairy Free as well. We are still looking
for an acceptable egg substitute at this time...be sure to inquire as to which breads and sweets
are egg free.
