We are so excited to share our craft with you. We bake all of our breads from scratch using the freshest possible ingredients. We take time and a lot of it to create some of the best tasting breads to be found. We mill our whole wheat flour daily from Whole Wheat Berries, that are sourced from Montana's High Plains.
Ward and Theresa are our Bread Bakers. Crystal, Kasey and Sarah are our Sweets bakers and Leslie helps them all. We are baking breads with love and passion and we know that you will taste the difference. We always bake a Bakers Choice on Thursdays. Sometimes we get a wild hair and bake something that isn't on the menu. Keep an eye out for the different breads through out the weeks. In addition, we are adding Gluten Free Breads and sweets weekly.
We do some amazing savory and cheese breads. A fresh loaf of cheese bread makes a wonderful, simple, inexpensive family dinner. Just add a salad or soup and fruit and your done. They also go well with your grilled meats. Some of the loaves contain a half pound of cheese!!
It has been a privilege to be a part of some community fundraisers and races. We take bread... you show up for FREE, BIG slices of fresh bread. What could be better? Thanks for everybody's support for the MS walk at the Zoo, London's Run and other events we've been able to help with.
We have had several groups come through and do tours. We have free educational tours and bread baking tours that have a small fee to cover the bread being baked.
