We are a small family bakery that loves to do everything the old fashion way, the real way. We bake all our breads and sweets in house, from scratch, using nothing but the freshest possibly ingredients. Starting at 2 A.M. we coax life and flavor out of simple ingredients so that five hours later we have premium bread ready to share with all of you.
Going back to our roots, we source our wheat from small family farms in Montana’s high plains (just down the road from where the Walston family farm is). Then we grind the wheat fresh everyday here in house to ensure the best flavor and the highest nutrition. Using the traditional methods of baking, we combine the flour with pure honey, fresh baker’s yeast, a smidgen of salt and water to form the cornerstone for almost every bread we make.
