We at Great Harvest believe in providing customers with great tasting products. Not only do our Gluten X products taste better than the gluten free average baked goods, we are using many whole grain flours. We are using whole grain brown rice flour, buckwheat flour and flax meal. We are using other flours as well.
All of our products are made from scratch – no mixes or frozen dough. We are currently offering at least four Gluten X breads each week and we are trying new recipes as well. We appreciate your feedback and patience as we work to improve and expand our Gluten X offerings.
Our current Gluten X bake day is every other Monday, most items are available by 1:00 p.m. Products will be available fresh until Wednesday then available frozen while supplies last.
We are also making some of our Gluten X breads and sweets Dairy Free as well. We are still looking for an acceptable egg substitute at this time...be sure to inquire as to which breads and sweets are egg free.
